FIRM is a service company that maintains and repairs fitness equipment. FIRM was started in 2015 by Bobby Gregory, who has over 15 years experience in the fitness equipment and service industries. The philosophy behind FIRM is that service should be about providing the customer with an effective repair solution for their machine, and not a mining for dollars approach or a monthly sales quota. We will provide what is needed to keep your equipment running at its best and safest capacity.

FIRM also provides installation, removal/relocation of fitness equipment.

We specialize in repairs of all types of commercial and residential machines (see our comprehensive list) such as treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, spin bikes, steppers, rowers and strength equipment. We also offer pad reupholstering. Our only focus is to provide the BEST customer service in the fitness equipment service industry.
